A very warm welcome to you as you begin your Sixth Form studies here at Headington Rye Oxford. As a stepping stone to higher education and your future career, use these two years to work hard to realise your ambitions, but also to determine who you are as an individual and what you want from life. These two years are about you and your choices and we will be with you every step of the way as you decide what you want your future to be.

In the Sixth Form you will have more freedom than you are perhaps used to and this is an opportunity to learn to balance your time between your studies and your hobbies and interests to ensure you achieve your full potential. Make the most of everything we have on offer here, whether your passions lie in music, dance, debating or drama and take the myriad of opportunities available to you to broaden your knowledge beyond the curriculum you are studying. Get to know your fellow students from around the world well and immerse yourself in the global outlook we have created. The greater the part you play in Sixth Form life, the greater your enjoyment of it will be. I wish you all the very best and look forward to meeting you all individually as the term progresses.
