Teaching in the Sixth Form is more independent and more individual and there is an onus on girls to bring more to the classroom.

Academic Director of Sixth Form

Teaching is different in the Sixth Form. Class sizes are smaller, and there is a more focussed and closer working relationship with your teachers.

Emma, Lower Sixth

An interactive learning experience

Expect a different style of teaching in our Sixth Form.

Instead of the Q&A nature of some GCSE classes, your lessons will be more like seminars – like at university.

The class sizes are smaller, learning is very interactive and teachers treat you as adults.

Our vertical tutor groups see Lower and Upper Sixth girls working together. This means you’ll be able to learn from girls doing their final exams and university applications. The result is a strong and supportive environment for everyone.
